The Clothing Import Wizard dialog appears. ADOBE FUSE CUSTOM CLOTHING HOW TOĪhola I am curious if anyone has developed or knows of a reliable tutorial that shows a novice how to create custom clothing for Adobe Fuse Characters - that can be used with Mixamo's animation rigger and eventually placed inside UE4. NOTE: No character models are included with these packs.

Unisex shirts don't look good on both genders. To look the best, you'll need male and female versions. After you've assembled a 3D character in Adobe Fuse and worked on customizing the character, the next step is to add clothing. (Try out Fuse's police shirt on a female character to see what I mean). The clothing system in Adobe Fuse allows you to select different. I don't know if it says so on the content instructions, but you can make up your own category names. Just click in the category and overwrite the name that defaults. I did not know this for the longest time. Eventually I'll fix the medical clothing pack so the surgeon's mask is in the Mask category. If you use 2048 textures (the preferred size), when you import, there's a bug where it doesn't import the 2048 versions of the color mask or the normal map. After you do the import, manually replace those files in the Fuse database with your 2048 textures. (File -> Browse Imported Files find the correct folder under \Cloths and replace those two textures).
